First Lady and Co-Pastor: St. Holland Missionary Baptist Church
Dr. Lisa Hadnot is a remarkable woman and the proud wife of Pastor Sheldon Hadnot. Together, they inspire with their six beautiful children: De’Eric, Essence, Steve, Alea, Jeremiah, and Joshua.
As the Founder of Altar of Fire International Ministries in Humble, TX, Dr. Hadnot accepted her calling to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in 2000. In 2009, she established Trinity Fellowship Church, which she renamed in 2019, marking a significant milestone in her journey of faith. Dr. Hadnot has earned a Master in Christian Studies and a Doctorate of Divinity, reinforcing her commitment to spiritual growth. In 2019, she received affirmation as an Apostle and was positioned for the College of Bishops.
An accomplished author, Dr. Lisa Hadnot has written over 14 books focused on spiritual healing and deliverance. Currently, she serves as the Leading Lady of St. Hollands Missionary Baptist Church, where she works alongside her husband, Pastor Sheldon Hadnot, embodying a life of purpose and service.

Co-Lead Pastor: Masterbuilt Ministries
Colleen Sechelski is a devoted wife to Cody Sechelski, lead pastor of Masterbuilt Ministries, and loving mom of three and stepmom of one. She leads Masterbuilt Kids Early Childhood Center and partners with her husband in shepherding the church God has graciously entrusted to them. Colleen’s greatest desire is for every person to experience a real and tangible relationship with Jesus.

Victory Church: Children’s Ministry Director
Monica Gierisch is a faithful wife of 17 years to her husband, Johnny Gierisch, and a proud mother to four wonderful children. Together, Monica and Johnny have been actively involved in ministry at Victory Church in College Station, Texas, where they have faithfully served in various leadership roles over the years.
Currently, Monica and Johnny serve as Sectional Directors for Texas District Children’s Ministries, where they support children's ministry leaders across the district. Monica is passionate about building strong foundations of faith in the next generation and fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for families.
With a heart for service, Monica combines her love for children, community, and discipleship to make a lasting impact both within her church and throughout the broader ministry network.

Leader: Salem House of Blessings
Lucy's story is one of community, baptized at 15 years old- she began her ministry in High School- leading Youth For Christ- a weekly bible study, and transitioned to positions within government, nonprofits and program development. No matter the job, her mind has always been set on bringing her experiences back to Grimes County and helping others. Lucy and her husband Matt are both actively involved in their community and church- members of Salem House of Blessings and Miracles, volunteer and coach Youth Sports and participate with local development.
Together they have 4 beautiful children: Robert, Mahayla, Katalena and LilyAnah.
Her favorite women of the bible are: Deborah, Hannah, and Esther- all 3 show and prove that the resiliency, creativity and wisdom that all women possess, can be used for God's glory.
